Cut-off Date: June 13, 2025 is the cut-off date to reserve the rooms. We remind all group block guests to book their accommodations well ahead in advance prior to the cut off date to ensure room availability.
Please note that this is an open group block and we do not hold any rooms.


We are a full service hotel with top quality facilities and services in the area. All of our guestrooms are furnished with a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary wired and wireless internet, free local calling and much more.
We are pleased to advise that with a minimum of 5 room bookings, complimentary transfer service to and from the Swaneset Bay Resort Golf & Country Club will be provided to all wedding guests staying in our Hotel for their comfort and convenience.
